The story of how we came to be
Where it began
Founded in 1994, Spa Industries is now Australia's largest Spa Manufacturer offering leading brands Cyclone Spas, Leisurerite Spas, Bullfrog Spas, Signature Spas, Urban Pool, Wellness Saunas, and Silver Spas. Our state-of-the art spa manufacturing facility in the Melbourne suburbs keeps jobs on Australian shores, with three acres of spa manufacturing under a single roof. Spa Industries is recognised worldwide for innovation and marketplace leadership, with our products being sold throughout Australia and around the world.
A timeline of Spa Industries’ 25+ Years of Excellence
The company began manufacturing spas under the name of Signature Spas Pty Ltd, named for the first brand we brought to market.
A new business was formed to define the manufacturing side of the business, and SCS Industries Pty Ltd (Signature Cyclone Spas) was introduced as we brought on our second brand, Cyclone Spas.
The company signed an exclusive agreement with Bullfrog Spas for the manufacture and distribution of the patented JetPak™ Bullfrog technology, and Bullfrog Spas (Australasia) was introduced. This was followed by the introduction of the Designer range the Infinity range, giving SCS Industries five brands to offer to the market.
The company renamed to Spa Industries - a new identity to clearly state who we are and what we do. Spa Industries commenced the manufacture of the Leisurerite Brand of spas for export to New Zealand.
Spa Industries is focused on keeping the manufacture of spas in Australia, adding the Heritage Spas brand to the portfolio. Spa Industries also manufactures an exclusive range of spa baths for Reece Plumbing, spas for Clark Rubber, and Spa and Swim Spas for Bunnings.
Spa Industries celebrates its 20th year of spa manufacturing and is now the largest Spa Manufacturer in Australia. We have Introduced new and innovative technology like the iTouch©, Australia's first Spa 'Touch Screen' Control Panel, new JetPak© selections and iSpa© Wi-Fi Global control.
Spa Industries renamed to Spa Industries Global to more accurately capture our worldwide reach and scale of operation. New Zealand, New Caledonia and Asia are now on the map of countries we distribute to, and we’re excited to continue expanding that reach.
